Muriwai is up next for travelers looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and into a world of isolation. Muriwai Beach is a community located on a coast Northwest of Auckland territory. This Kiwi beach is more secluded in comparison to other well-known shores in New Zealand such as Queenstown region. However, that does not mean there is little to do. Frequent travelers take part in fun activities here such as surfing, bush hiking, driving along the coast or even horseback riding. Sand on the beach is black colored which adds for a unique contrast sure to make all friends back home jealous. New Zealand also encourages all visitors to consider visiting the beach from August to March to view flocks of Gannets (a common seabird) which come to nest in numbers. Muriwai is most definitely one of the more interesting spots on the list. However, the following destination will by far be one of your favorites.
